The WATERMINER W350 and W500 series platform modules can be fully enclosed in a customized 20ft shipping container, however, it can be appropriate to install these units in a 40ft or 53ft shipping container so that essentially all support tankage and water flow pumps and valves of the plant can be installed in the additional 20ft section of module.

Every WATERMINER platform is automated with Allen-Bradley PLC controls complete with remote monitoring and control software. It is estimated that the WATERMINER module will require only 45 minutes to 1.5 hours of daily/shift supervision, most of which is to manage polymer tank make-up and sludge handling.
WATERMINER produces very little sludge, up to 80% less than a conventional and odorous bio-chemical treatment plant: about 3.5kg dry solids per 1,000,000 litres of treated water.
